CCLING Home Care Routine

Repeat each movement 3–6 times.

Experience a complete facial core care routine with stretching, facial training, lymphatic care, and relaxing massage.

Stretching

Step 1. Using the Heart Zone, glide upward from the chin to in front of the ear.

Step 2. Using one side of the Heart Zone, gently press the front cheek and lift upward.

Step 3. Glide upward from the lower forehead to the hairline, then toward the temples with the Heart Zone.

Face Training

Jaw & Cheek Lifting

Step 1. Lift along the jawline using one side of the Heart Zone.

Step 2. Gently press beneath the cheek and glide upward toward the ear.

Step 3. Sweep upward along the side of the face with the Heart Zone.

Lymphatic Care

Step 4. Roll along the side of the jaw using gentle circular motions.

Step 5. Glide downward along the neck to support lymphatic drainage.

Facial Contour Care

Step 6. Using the Core Zone, glide from the chin to below the ear. Repeat over the cheekbone area.

Step 7. Sweep from the center of the forehead toward the temples with the Core Zone.

Step 8. Glide upward from beneath the chin toward the side of the cheek using the Core Zone.

• Small white circular marks may be present where the product was supported during the glazing process.
• The actual color of your CCling may vary slightly from the images shown due to the handcrafted glazing process and lighting conditions.
• As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations in size, weight, and finish are to be expected.
