WARRANTY AND RETURN: 30 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY

Defective merchandise is subject to return or compensation within 30 days: poor quality materials, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
Your right to return based on this Warranty only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged by you or not kept in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.

If you had any problem after you received your item, please send an email to our customer service: email@example.com. To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us with pictures that display the problem.
Once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply you in 24 hours on working days;
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II. Return Policy
- You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have friendly customer service; we are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number.
- Items should not be unpacked nor used and the label should be attached.
- We will take responsibility or partially responsibility for the following defects only, within 30 days: unmerchantable materials, obvious color difference, material difference between the photographed product and the product received.
- No exchange or return on promotional items or items on sale.
- Under no circumstance may a product be returned or exchanged if it has been used or otherwise tampered with in recipient’s possession.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN with the exception our warranty noted above.
