Directions & Precautions

1. Build Retinol Tolerance Gradually

If you are new to high-strength retinol, begin with Beldora Retinol Activator 0.1.

• Use Retinol Activator 0.1 for the first 2 weeks.
• During Weeks 3–4, continue using Retinol Activator 0.1 and introduce Retinol Cream 0.3 every other evening to gradually build your skin’s tolerance.
• From Week 5, Retinol Cream 0.3 can be used every evening if your skin tolerates it well.

2. Recommended Usage

• Retinol Activator 0.1: Morning and evening.
• Retinol Cream 0.3: Evening only.

3. Temporary Skin Irritation

Mild redness, dryness, or slight tingling may occur as your skin adjusts to retinol and increases its natural cell turnover. If irritation becomes uncomfortable, discontinue use for 3–5 days, then resume gradually.

4. Daily Sun Protection

Retinol can increase your skin’s sensitivity to sunlight. Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the daytime while using this product.

5. Avoid Combining with Exfoliants

Do not use this product together with physical scrubs or strong exfoliating/peeling products, as this may increase skin irritation.
